Meet Our Team

Jade, Office Manager/Patient Care Coordinator

Jade joined our team in 2014. As a dental assistant, she has the opportunity to work side-by-side with Dr. Ching as he helps patients reclaim good oral health and wellbeing. Jade helps us schedule appointments, process insurance claims collect payments, and ensure that patients have an exceptional experience. In the time that she’s been with us, she has continued to learn about dentistry and about providing great service to others. Jade is an only child and enjoys spending time with her parents, whether they’re just hanging out or having a family BBQ.

Janie, Dental Assistant

Janie has been with us since 2003. In her role as a dental assistant, she helps us treat and educate patients, in addition to preparing the office for the day each morning. She enjoys helping patients achieve better oral health and wellbeing. Away from the office, she has a garden at the Maka’eo walking path. She also enjoys camping with her husband and spending as much time as possible with her son, daughter, and granddaughter.

Caitlin, Dental Assistant

Caitlin has been a part of our team since 2018. As a dental assistant, Caitlin sometimes helps Dr. Ching in treating patients and also assists our office manager with scheduling appointments, filing insurance claims, processing payments, and ensuring that our patients have a pleasant experience in our office. Caitlin grew up in California and in her free time, she likes to binge on Netflix movies, go the the beach, and shop.

Brandee, Front Desk Receptionist/Assistant to Patient Care Coordinator

Brandee, who joined us in 2009, has two roles in our team. As our front desk receptionist, she greets patients and schedules appointments for them. As a dental assistant, she works closely with Dr. Ching as he treats patients and helps them enjoy good oral health. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her husband, her daughters, and her son. Together they love to watch movies, spend time outdoors, and explore new places.
